At Spark, our aim is to provide learning and development opportunities that enrich our employees’ careers. That’s why we’ve developed Spark Academy – our very own learning and development program that offers employees an individualized and ongoing learning experience.
How it works
Spark Academy training is delivered in several ways depending on the course – by a trainer onsite, by a trainer online or as an an e-learning. Depending on the topic the training is conducted by an internal or external trainer.
Our HR team aims to organize several training sessions per year covering a broad range of company-wide training needs. Depending on demand, each session will have 10-20 participants.
Employees will benefit from Spark Academy during the onboarding weeks and then on an ongoing basis – so they can continually learn, develop and grow.
